My professional journey

I have more than 15 years of experience in learning, people development and leadership across large international and multicultural companies.
Over the years, I’ve designed and led leadership and talent‑development programs, facilitated soft‑skills trainings and workshops and supported managers and teams through pressure, change and uncertainty.
My work has always combined strategy, thoughtful design and hands‑on implementation -  from the first idea to the moment it makes a real difference.

I’ve been coaching for 13 years, both inside organizations and independently. What I love most is watching people grow in ways that feel natural to them - taking steps that are aligned with who they are and where they want to go.

 I offer mentoring through Femme Palette and SuHR, where I support professionals in developing their careers, leadership skills and a direction that is authentic, sustainable and aligned with both their personal and professional ambitions.
